This is a page to work out how to best implement inlet text descriptions (aka tooltips).  The idea is to be able to attach a bit of descriptive text to an inlet, then have that text displayed when the mouse hovers over the inlet.  That text could either be a displayed in a 'tooltip' mini pop-up, a status bar at the bottom of a window, or other possibilities.

Günter Geiger originally wrote code to do this, Tim Blechmann ported that code to 0.38.  Chris ~McCormick has ported it to 0.42.5.
